  Might not have been a wise move since the place isn't that busy on a Saturday night at 7:00PM....
  
  Hostess could benefit from a basic customer service 101 course....
  
  Outside seating is nice but I'm starring at a bird nest with crap on the wall.
  
  Ordered the turkey burger bun less with bacon, American cheese, sunny side up egg, mayo, sweet bbq and fries...delicious!
  
  Service was decent but no refill offers.

  Stopped in waited 20 minutes to get seated and asked if more than oneperson and was told 2 only were here. We left since their was a line forming and people look to be waiting still for drinks at multiple tables.
  
  Get more help. Or get a manager that can work properly.

  I have been wanting to hit up this location for quite a while, as it is right next to the AMC that I frequent every week. I came here with my boyfriend and was disappointed.
  
  The location is in a nice spot where I can park and eat, then head to the theater without moving my car. The inside has a cool hipster decor with trains and TVs with the local sports channels. The furniture was not at all comfortable, giving me the vibe that they want diners in and out quickly - surprising for a place that was quite dead on a Saturday afternoon.
  
  The host/waiter was very odd. I'm not sure if he was new to the position or if they are understaffed.
  
  The booth we were placed in had a completely broken seat. I sat down and could tell immediately the seat was broken. I ended up moving to my boyfriend's side and sharing the non-broken seat together.
  
  The host/waiter came back multiple times at different lengths of time to see if we were ready to order. When I looked up, he'd mutter and wander away. It was very strange! We waited well over 10 minutes before even getting the opportunity to order our burgers. The location has build your burgers and paper menus to fill out. We did this. We gave the waiter exactly what we wanted... Written down... On their provided paper menus. He read our orders back to us. We nodded.
  
  We waited another 15 minutes + before the host/waiter said he'd go get us our food. As though, he knew the food had been ready for a bit. Our food came and the waiter said that my boyfriend was getting fresh fries. Was this because of the food sitting there? Again, this place was dead. There were maybe 2 other customers in the whole joint. My fries were cold and burnt. My burger was not to order. I didn't get the proper sauce on the side. My boyfriend was charged for ordering a sauce, when I wasn't? It was all very strange, seeing as we had given the waiter our order on the written paper?
  
  The burger was good, even though it was not to order (I was missing toppings). The fries would have been good if they had been fresh and I had gotten the right dipping sauce.
  
  Since we were seeing a movie and this experience had taken over an hour (we thought maybe 45 minutes max seeing as it was dead), we asked for the check immediately upon the arrival of the food. The host/waiter looked flabbergasted.
  
  Overall, I would not recommend eating here. This was an interesting experience though with the oddity of the host/waiter.

  This is an excellent burger spot. I started coming here with my husband about a year and a half ago. We will drive well out of our way to come eat here, I really wish there was one closer. They have excellent food and drink choices and a great atmosphere. What's not to love?
  
  I have only ever had their turkey burger as far as the burgers go, and that's because it is phenomenal! I'm with the rest of the collective consciousness in that I know that most turkey burgers are garbage, truly. This turkey burger, though, is a shining beacon. It is moist and tender and I really don't miss the beef.
  
  My husband has had the beef burgers, which are all prime rib, and he can attest to their greatness. There used to be a Korean BBQ burger that my husband adored. It had Korean BBQ beef, Korean BBQ  sauce, kimchi and an egg. They have since discontinued that it seems, hopefully they will bring it back.
  
  They have so many great options for toppings and different combinations with their sauces, cheeses and veggies (and bacon...) which is a huge plus for me, because there's nothing worse than a bland burger or a bland sandwich. So I could get something unique every time I come.
  
  The best thing about Bagger Dave's in my opinion is their signature house made sauces, which they let you have one free side sauce of your choice to dip fries into. They have so many unique sauces - honey cinnamon sea salt, apple jalapeno BBQ, Santa fe Chipotle and a lot more. They also make their own sodas, which blew my mind the first time I came here. They have an excellent selection of beers and even bourbon, and a fully stocked bar.
  
  They also have pretty awesome appetizers, I've had the chili cheese dip and the pretzels with beer cheese, both very good.
  
  I love Bagger Dave's to come chill and have a great burger. The staff is always friendly and you'll leave full.

  Ate here tonight, and was unfortunately not impressed. I'll say this - the burgers were good and so were the pretzels and beer cheese. But service was terrible, they were out of "kid burgers" so our kids had to get full size burgers instead for well over double cost. I'd give it one more try but - eh.
